Stop Smoking Permanently and Easily

As an ex-smoker I understand how it can seem impossible to stop smoking and stay stopped for good. It’s an addictive habit and an extremely destructive one and I don’t need to go into detail about what smoking does to your body and mind, but the good news is that it is possible to stop smoking quickly and easily by changing the way you think. The key is to make changes on a subconscious as well as conscious level, so that you are completely in control and stopping becomes an empowering and even enjoyable process. Once you realise you are in control your confidence will be boosted and you will find your outlook on life will improve in a variety of ways. As time passes you will enjoy many benefits including increased energy, less anxiety, less stress, improved all round health and a new found zest for life.

My stop smoking approach takes place over two sessions:

Session 1
We will look at how many cigarettes you smoke, your general lifestyle and your reasons for wanting to stop smoking, you will also choose a ‘quit day’. I will then give you your first session of hypnotherapy to relax and prepare you.

Session 2 – Quit Day
This session will normally take place within a week and you should now be mentally prepared, feeling excited and even looking forward to stopping smoking. This is not an ‘off the shelf – one size fits all approach’, the treatment is tailor made for each client and will include the information we discussed in the first session, so that everything personal to your smoking habit is included and your subconscious mind will understand and absorb this more easily.
